Terms of Use Photosweep by Reeltime Apps Ltd We provide our Services to you subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Basic Terms You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any Content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. Age Limit. Photosweep is only for people 13 years old and over unless they have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are over the relevant age specified above. If we learn that someone under the relevant age specified above is using the Platform, we will terminate that user’s account. In addition, if you are under the relevant age specified above, you confirm that you possess legal parental or guardian consent for accessing or using the Platform, and are fully able and competent to enter into, abide by, and comply with the Terms. Your Rights You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post through the Services. In order to make the Services available to you and other users, Reeltime Apps Limited needs a license from you.
